email Bug

When my admin gets the email from the system it returns the date of the beginning of the stay and the email domain ie: eMail: 17.10.2011m@greenjungle.org From: 2011-10-17

Any update on this? When a customer fills out the information it gets emaield to me in the form of the date, the last letter of the email then @domain.com. I need to get this working asap, and any help would be greatly appreciated.
